Hope. Healing. Recovery

We are a program located within the Rosebud Sioux Tribe Adult Corrections Facility that is designed to address substance use disorders, particularly opioid and methamphetamine addiction among incarcerated individuals. The mission is to reduce the negative impacts of illicit substances on individuals and families of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe by coordinating rehabilitation services for inmates, community reintegration, peer recovery support, care coordination, education services, and community outreach.
